This happens to me
I have been watching self improvement content for past 2 years
but nothing changes I just feel that I'm doing better than my friends by watching this types of content & the cheap dopamine increases and at the end I do nothing I follow nothing I just search for that one video to improve my life always..
I don't even implement what I learn from those videos
but from today I will make a promise to myself that I will not just watch self improvement videos read self improvement books but also follow & implement those learnings & knowledge in my life....
I will make a routine & stick on that routine let's see what happens
this is my challenge for myself
After 1 months I will come back again and I will upgrade here on what changes I made in this 1 months ❤

Not going to lie, but I got a victim of this in the past. Now, I learnt that NO MATTER how hard I try, life is never going to LOOK like perfect. This is just an unrealistic myth and we keep running until we reach the death. We should just accept the flow and move on from the past.
