I think this is a bulletproof transport truck(Bank, mint, or vault)

Beijing Emergency Vehicle Fans Yes probably, thanks. For me it is still unusual to see it use a siren and have no markings, but maybe that's how they do it in Vietnam...

Maybe flash lights on both sides of the top of the vehicle.

I believe it's an unmarked Bank truck, i can say. Because since vietnam's crime are common and very high, the government decided to design some bank trucks without markings, to make it look like a Commercial Truck, With just no Lights but with only a siren

I think this is national bank transport, in vietnam it's hard to find and see this truck, it's rare lmao. Just like garbage truck :)
Usually vietnamese banks use mitsubishi transport.

Is the crime rate high in Vietnam? I would think that these vehicles are used to transport valuables, but made them unmarked so the crew inside doesn't get ambushed. The trailer on the truck does look pretty armored, and with no vents or windows, too. It's a pity the front cabin windows are tinted. I was hoping to get a look at the driver to see if he or she's wearing a uniform.

SnipballTheBestBall Yes the crime rate is relatively high, at least for theft, and armed robbery and such. I also think that it was a money transport, however it is unusual to have no markings at all. Most money transports are clearly marked and most people know not to ambush them because they are heavily armored and the security guards are usually heavily armed as well... But maybe this is a special case? Who know... A bit mysterious for sure.

Odessa Rescue I don't think so, as far as I know all prisoner transports are handled by the police in Vietnam, always in marked vehicles with lights and siren.

I saw two of this truck more than 2 times in Vo Van Kiet highway with 2 unmark Mitsubishi SUV vehicles. They have siren and light bar, run fast and skip red light. I still have no ideas what were they carried and escorted.
