Historic 'Clock of Nations' set to tick again after restoration project

Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) - There's no time like the present to restore a local piece of the city's history. Midtown Plaza's Clock of Nations, which was built in the 1960s, is set to be ticking away again soon, not far from its original home.
