i don’t have like an anxiety disorder (that ik of rn) but i definitely get stressed like way too easily and about seemingly dumb stuff, and your advice really like helps ! it happens so often when im alone, like that ill get panic attacks and stuff, but like a change of scene - like just moving to my living room - or even just talking to my mum helps so much, because distracting myself from the panic helps me think about it more rationally after yknow? i feel like that’s the hardest thing, like spiraling into the thoughts rather than being able to think clearly !
Yes for sure, it’s so easy to get wrapped up and feel stuck in your mind but talking to other people and just changing your environment can really help change your view on your thoughts and refocus on what’s realistic and important :)
