I climbed the famous POTATO CHIP ROCK on Mount Woodson near San Diego on Friday, April 19th, 2024. If you are the young lady afraid of spiders (or know this person) whom I met on the way down on this date, I think you dropped something. Please contact me so I can return it to you. (expert in arachnophobia). 😁
getting onto and walking on potato rock would be slippery if it’s wet from rain, i’d be extra cautious. other than that, the rest of this trail would be doable!

there were portables but construction was going on, so i don’t think those were permanent. there are restrooms on the longer trail if you start at lake poway park. and yes, i’d say stroller friendly if you can handle the incline! it’s a mix of paved road and hard sandy ground
