    This is good for one day or few days, but you will try to follow this in long run then you may suffer with many issues, especially related to health, so please get a proper sleep of atleast 6,7 hours and try to study 8, 10 hours daily and consistently, because at the end consistency is the key😇

    Don't get confused with this .
    Study 8-10 hr daily is enough
    Get proper sleep bcz UPSC is a marathon .
    U can't win it in a single day or single month you should be consistent 👍

    I tried this, but from 4am to 10pm (18hrs, including 2hrs for other daily work) for 10 days. On 11th day I was not able to focus on my books. I got into depression and wasted 15 crucial days, just before exams. Try to understand your body limits and use it efficiently. In the end it doesnt matter how many hrs you studied. Your selection matters. All the best!

      Exactly same thing happened with me. I was doing fine initially but after a week or so I had severe anxiety attack in the morning and because that was the first time I could not understand what was going on with me and when I searched the symptoms I was shocked. From that day I decided to maintain a routine and not rush things unnecessarily

    There are so many rank holders who have cleared upsc cse with a constant pace of 8 hours of study..
    So no need to compromise with ur health..

      Yup i admit but logically n scientifically our body needs 6-7 hours deep sleep to recover properly n if ur sleep deprived then studying for 18 hours is not a good practice infact it will affect ur overall health.

    U sleep at 11 PM and wake up at 2:40 AM that means you get the sleep of approx 3 and half hours. Thats so not good bro. Since you do the work of your mind all day so you need to give rest to your mind. So i don't wanna sound rude but I don't believe that you follow this routine in reality so please don't post such impractical stuff. But if you really follow this routine then i would advice you to sleep for at least 6 hours since your thing is not sustainable.

      @@amaraditya8517 if someone has fire power inside them then it is practically possible..my brother cracked need with rank under 1k and her used to study 18 hours every for 4 months and imagine even after that he got rank in 900 then imagine the hardwork of top 100... when u are devolved in something, time is just a number because u are in meditation all the time

      @@Kalfox bhai kitne toppers ko tu personally janta hai? bs RUclips pe video dekh k tujhe lagta h sab sach bta denge ? 5 lakh bachhe exam deete hai agar 1 lakh v serious hain to wosb 8 ghante padhte hai to uss hisab se to sab top kare jatein? bs 600 krte h top qki wo kuch alag aur extra effort dalte h..mere family ke IIT se leke Aiims air CA wale v hain.. mere mama ka ladka jo CA hai..he slept 2 hours everyday for his CA final exam in 10 days and that too during exam...bhout mushkil h competition, agar time aur ghante dekh kar padhoge to kv top rank me ni aa paoge..RUclips pe toppers ki mat suno they don't want to portray themselves as nerd or weird that why they don't say that they have studied 16+ hours...thats just my opinion baki tumhe jo theek lage

    Don't avoid sleep. It will cause loss of memory and to regain the earlier performance you need to hustle . Be consistent with 6-7 hours study . One point she mentioned that recall what you study is important . Study less but make sure you are able to recall !!.

    Es schedule ko daily follow Karna ka faayda to padhai ke liya hai but not for your health. So try to sleep 7 hours, divide your day in 3 parts- 7 hours sleep, 13 hours study and 4 hours for daliy routine like - bath, eat, drink etc and entertainment. This schedule will not affect your health and your preparation 🔥❤. Congratulations for your future you will become a good "IAS" 🙏❤.

    How much time you are spending on your studies doesn't matter but the how you are getting the things quickly thats matter most , some people can understand and grasp the things quickly and some are taking time to understand.
    So the time of study differs from ability and grasping power of each and every student
