Ummm can you do a video on making your curls last for the week? I’m sure you have before. I been watching you since I was 12 But maybe you can do one with reasons why your curls do not last for example I have gotten my curls to last 2 days and then I have to re wet them and brush style with a little extra product and then it’ll last about 2 more days before I have to do it all over again

Bobs grow out the nicest. You just let them be and they grow. Especially if you get a bob that's angled in the back.

Wanted to get bangs at my last haircut and I chickened out 🤣 I love the way they look but then think they would look horrible and I’ll hate them on me lol wanting to go back to my darker hair color this fall can’t wait. Maybe I’ll be brave and do the bangs then 😅
Back in December I showed my hair stylist a Mells BOB and told her this is what I want. Welp, she went scissor happy and I ended up with a borderline BiXie cut and I cried and just decided to make it work. Now it’s at the length I really want Italian Bob style and looking forward for it to grow longer! And BLACK hair curly here 🫰🏼and I love every minute of it !
How fragranced is the EVA NYC mask? I've used other EVA NYC products (the multipurpose spray for when I do blow dry/heat style) & it was too fragranced for me. 😢
I have thick but fine hair & layers are a neccessity to get any kind of volume or definition. It also lessens the weight & keeps it from pulling out my natural wavy texture when my hair is longer as opposed to any blunt, all one length cuts. My hair isn't curly enough naturally to pull off a bowl cut or short bangs without a perm. Did that in the 80s, not going back especially since I already have color treated hair (to cover grey) As long as the layers aren't cut too horizonally (shingles) it works really well with my hair's texture & thickness. I prefer the subtler, tonal highlights. Not because it looks "old money" or whatever but because it looks most natural & is lower maintence as far as roots. I do not personally like skunk stripes or all one color blonde hair. It just screams "I got this from a bottle." Even when people do fashion colors like flame red, burgundy, pink, lavender or blue I think it looks better with variation & dimension of color. Just my personal opinion. Not dissing anyone elses choices or aesthetic. My experience with red was that it was very fugitive & high maintenance. It's beautiful but a lot of work.

I have pretty fine, natural blonde hair. It perms very well however I do get frizz bc it is damaged.

I went full cherry cola a couple years ago ( I do my own hair) and I find that the age beautiful products work great with my curl health. Then to maintain I use the Kristen Ess Color gloss in Berry in between my root touch ups. I’ve got it down to a science.
Oh also for people with light to med brown hair looking for a color conditioner, you want a magenta or pink for brown hair. It gives the perfect balance of red and purple 💁🏽♀️

Chocolate cherry is my favorite hair color for me. I also like that chocolatey brown with dimension in the color. I have soft curly hair. Thanks for the tip on the hair mask. I was doing it on sopping wet hair. Now to try that on Sunday when I wash my hair. Thank you for your videos

I can not afford to pay a hair professional to color my hair. But I spent too much time bleaching my roots and I didn't note what time I started and melted my curls, so I got a "protein treatment" also from sallys. I think it worked idk

I know you’re not asking me, but thought I’d share - a silk or satin scarf or pillow case for sleeping are both better than bonnets for shorter hair imo. A scarf can hold your short hair more securely because you can fit it yourself, whereas a bonnet is loose and allows your hair to move freely and will likely give you unwanted spikes, zigzags and indescribable patterns by the time you wake up! Mine used to look like it had been out on the town without me! 😮
