Philip Kearney believe me they knew nothing about his crimes. Literally nothing. Lee Gaze is the only one who contacted him from prison, and that contact died very quickly. All, or most, of the band slept with teenage girls but there's not one shred of credible evidence they knew the slightest thing about his true depravity. Who the hell would guess such a thing, or even attempt to believe it? Watkins was over exposed to sex at a very very young age. Once he became a drug addict, the worst of all time arguably, he distanced himself from the rest of the band and started to spend excessive amounts of time by himself 'away' from the rest of the band. He just fell into a very weird dark world of sex/pornography/drug/alcohol addiction. When you've had everything sexually a man could want, and your brain isn't' wired' to handle drugs then it's a toxic formula.
