i've read somewhere that ASPD is capped at 600 so technically 500 is already max, but the feeling of achieving more than it is really good. don't worry, im gonna try to get max aspd again with different operators
also i noticed people asked how i achieve this, i explained the process at the end of this video. please watch until the end :D

According to ASPD formula on chinese wiki it is indeed capped at 600 and base ASPD is already 100 so +500 is the best effective ASPD. Also its capped by 10 as lower bound.
So... There's a point where Coebe S2 does nothing?
@@Kexaru Ceobe s2 is atk interval reduction, its a separate value from aspd. Formula is actual atk interval = theoretical interval/(aspd value/100). Where aspd value is capped by 10 and 600 on the ends

@@Shiokaze1409 aspd buff isn't going to be useful because this aspd already puts operators at the max aspd. The only useful buff I can think of for this scenario is ATK buff
Other than effects like Warfarin S1, of course, where they heal based on targets Max HP
@@VistilShaiteth fun fact all the items that boost atk after skill activation like pasta and spinach works with heals as well.
So war s1 with both of those items and 50+ atk spd is already enough to out heal surtr's drain.
Ptilopsis with her S2 would make any operator become immortal using that artifacts

At this point in IS2 (and hopefully, the upcoming IS3) it's no longer the question of "wonder if I can reach the final boss and beat this IS for today", but "how much Originium ingots can I collect since my luck in getting all the ASPD boost relics is pretty good".
Also, Spot doing shield bash at lightning speed will always be amusing to me.
The Lord, one of the best 5 stars op. Even better than few 6 stars imo.
If you had that relic that gives swordmaster ignores enemy armors by 70+, tachanka would've solo-ed this.
Don't forget the 2dp on hit item and the extra 25% atk item.
Have to disagree with him being "one of the best" 5 stars but he is good
His 2nd skill scaling is pretty good but his kit makes him so hard to be viable
His uptime is bad however the raw dps is comparable to exia and surpassed Surtr due to the hit multiplier.

Fyi : GSh-6-23 is a Soviet 6 barrel autocannon, it goes at like 9000-10000 rounds per minute (yes, i didn't write an extra 0 there by mistake), so fast that 260 round can be emptied in 1,6 seconds, so it is scary that's for sure
