    To the person who put a thumbs down: people on this forum, spend alot of time showing us how to make things. And alot of time recording it for us to see. So, to the thumbs down person, just keep going next time. If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything.

    • @ImbaliCrafts
      @ImbaliCrafts  3 года назад +2

      Aw thank you so much for that! Thankfully I am not bothered by thumbs down as they actually have a positive impact believe it or not haha. It may be people that don't like others making tutorials as it's competition to them, or it could be people that don't want to see that type of content and by 'disliking' it, youtube knows not to show them this type of content. You're very kind though, thank you so much!

    Fine work. Glad to see some heavier gauges being used and the hammering technique. This adds a lot of texture and variety, more sculptural. Love it! Thank you for a very nice tutorial.

    👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾Nadia, i didn’t know you had a youtube channel🤷🏾‍♀️, you should plug it more when you’re on jewellerymaker, anyway found you now, love, love, love your wirework, so precise , could you please consider doing gem/cabochon claw set wire wrapped rings please, also currently obsessed with 2mm microfaceted strands if you could work with them that would be amazing (sorry about the long wishlist😅)
    Thank you, look forward to more tutorials🙏🏾

    Thank You for another beautiful video!! Your work is so amazing and you make it look so easy!! I love your instructions and how creative you are!
    I have a question about round vs square wire. It looks like you’re using mostly round? I have a lot of square in 14 & 16 gauge. Would you suggest hammering as much or slightly less?
    Also where do you get all of your round diamond cut gems??
    Thank You again for sharing!! 🌞🌻

    I have a 15x10 size pear shape cabochon (6.4mm thick) that I really want to turn into this pendant. Do you think my stone is too small? I've tried a lot of ways and found it's really hard to wire wrap around it.

    • @ImbaliCrafts
      @ImbaliCrafts  2 года назад

      That is quite small, but you can adjust the wire gauges and lengths to suit your stone. Just use a gauge or maybe two, down from what I have used and it should be fine.

      Hi there, I got a bag of scrap ones from ebay a long time ago. I favour them over sandpaper because they last a long time. Just search for 'sanding pads' x

    Hi Nadia. Thank you for your beautiful videos. I am about to purchase all the basic tools and supplies and start wire wrapping. I have a question, that is not directly related to this video - when using a copper wires, are they treated somehow, so when someone is wearing the pendant and it touches their skin, it would not oxidize from the skin sweat and leave green marks on the skin? Or you treat them somehow? Thank you

    • @ImbaliCrafts
      @ImbaliCrafts  3 года назад

      Hi Emil, you can get plated wires that will not react with your skin. Unless you go with sterling siler or silver filled, these would probably be the best option for items that are in close contact with the skin at all times such as earrings and rings, and perhaps tighter fitting bracelets. You CAN spray bare copper with a type of sealant, but I wouldn't recommend that as the chemicals could be harmful if absorbed through the skin. I hope this helps :)
