hey girl, once she turned one i just stopped formula cold turkey! started to give her the 2% instead of formula during the day & introduced almond milk once she was comfortable with the 2% !

Did it mess her stomach up when you went cold turkey? Did she refuse it at first?
she was constipated, but i used karo syrup and it stopped and no she didn’t refuse it
