Because her PC has high specs. Not all PCs have high specs, if you aren't running lots of CC too well, you probably don't have great specs. You don't have to be a RUclips star to have a good PC either so you don't have to worry about becoming a RUclipsr like Clare. Just do some research on what's good and save up for it.
I feel like a cute story for these sims would be that Isabella and Izzy are roommates in uni. Isabella spends most of her time studying or reading books, while Izzy's much more out there constantly moving and doing fun creative things. One day Izzy gets Isabella to go to a football game at the stadium. As they're walking Izzy goes to the bathroom and while Isabella is waiting for her someone knocks into her. She barely sees him before he sprints off. later as they're sitting down Isabella sees the guy who bumped into her on the field. It's Jaylen. He comes up to her after the game and asks for her number. While she wants to focus on school, Izzy pushes her to get it and they end up talking a bunch. They start hanging out a bunch and end up liking each other.
