Miss Sierra said to use this as a diary and tell her how the day was. so today went well. I had my very first therapy session. My mental health hasn't been the best for along time, and my grandma passed away last month. the emotions I felt from her passing pushed me to start speaking to someone, and I'm really hoping that therapy will help bring out the better version of myself. I had a very busy 8 hour shift today, and I closed the day with McDonald's while watching Sierras videos🤟🏿

Sierra when brushing your edges: Add edge control to the baby hairs you want to style, brush thru them and then swoop them with your finger! It really helps to add more shape and it makes them extra firm !
Also, water is your friend, i always add a little bit of water when i cant seem to get the hairs to lay down how i want them too!
