I’m having a hard time getting my fasting lower than 90, any tips?.
I thought i was doing so well by doing a low-carb diet and met with a dietician and was told that I couldn't that I have to have at least 175g of carbs a day.
Around 135 grams of CHOs a day is ok in other countries. 175 gr is US guideline which is a lot

if that’s what your doctor told you to do then keep doing that! this is just what my doctor told me 🤍
Me too cuz my doctor said 1 hour for pregnant, 2 hours for non pregnants
My doctor told me if I will do 1 hour after meal the results have to be low than 140, if I can do 2 hours after meals it's low than 120
