This performance of a 40 year old song, is great on several levels! Firstly, no one really knows 40 years later, how the writers of this song was doing, financially, before this awesome opportunity came up! Secondly, these babies took the time to dress the part, style their hair, learn the moves, all making this the experience that is Love's Train! How'd I do?
The wig is a symbol of the 70s of how people dressed back then. They are definitely true to the old school music.

Dude that was my generation! Back in the day that bob he's wearing was the thing. I know you youngin's are laughing at that but they are keeping it real by taking it back to the old skool days and making it authentic. 😉 I also think they did an outstanding job on the remake of this song. I actually like this better then the original because it's got that bounce ware as the original was more of a really slow dance version.

I know you don't begrudge Anderson his Ike Turner momenrt. At one of their Las Vegas shows, Bruno came onstage wearing the same wig - didn't look quite as good on him.
That was payback to Andy because he dressed up as Bruno for Halloween, wearing that short set and 24k cap like Bruno wore on his album cover. He looked hilarious, so Bruno said he would pay Andy back when he least expected it.
