Probably because this course/tourney is whack.. gotta be the most boring golf they play all year.. it's definitely not my favorite to watch..

@@jrapattii9941 the way i see it, its only boring to those who dont like the idea of distance being the major factor in scoring bc they cant throw these shots and prefer to see tight woods golf bc it is more relatable. I personally enjoy open/light woods golf more but to each their own

I used to not be a fan of Ricky ... he always seemed so intense on tournament day. The more I've seen him on videos where he is being himself, the more I like him. He seems like a really fun guy. It was hard to not root for Prez last week, but I would have been pretty happy if Ricky had won too!
He looks like the type of guy that is legitimately thrilled that people come to support him….. and he also seems to be the type you don’t want to be anywhere near when he misses a bad putt or throw.
@jaimeperry7326 @allanfan20 my neighbor went and watched the tourney last weekend and said that Ricky was such a genuine nice guy. Brought gifts to some people that were there to watch him and was genuinely excited they were there.

@thefriesens1071 Same here. Just recently threw 607. I'll probably never do it again but it's 150 farther than my previous farthest throw. I'm 39

21:30 I thought around 2018 there was something about you could use whatever you brought with you, but couldn't buy or otherwise obtain a new disc during a round. This was eventually disproven to me with Paige Pierce playing in some tournament presented by her sponsor and grabbed a replacement disc when she passed the flymart

Did Jerm just call that a scuzzlebutt shot? 😆 Stokely taught me that as an air shot to use in double disc court. I use it as a skip shot back in the mid 90's.

You can replace a broken club during a ball golf tournament as well. Most tour players have multiple backups in the sponsor equipment vans that are on site at tour events with the exception of putters. Players are very picky about the putters they use and my not always carry multiple.

Not used to seeing Prezzy without a hat these last two tournaments. Glad to see a long time touring pro win a big one. Ricky did pretty good last week too but that isn’t surprising. He’s the master scrambler. Wish we got full second card coverage like we used to get. It seems like the more money gets involved the worse it is for the fans.

Havn't seen or heard, what kinda work did Uli get done for his shoulder that is working for him? Sounded like some kind of shot? I am definitely glad it is helping either way, but with shoulder issues myself definitely interested in what is working! Great round as always, Ricky is a vibe and Prez seems to fit right in!

I enjoy these practice rounds just as much, sometimes more than the actual competitions. Super excited about Jerm doing the live broadcasting this week... even if it sadly means he won't be playing...
I think it could be even better if you started featuring a top amateur and/or a masters player when possible as well. It would show a little more what these courses are like from different perspectives and also show some of the history/other stories behind disc golf.
