Cookie Base:
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup Crisco
1-1/4 cups packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1-1/2 cups self rising flour
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
Frosting:
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 tbsp Crisco
3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup milk
preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a cookie sheet (9x13 or 11x15).
for cookie base combine peanut butter and Crisco in a large bowl at medium speed until well blended. Add brown sugar and beat until blended, beat in eggs. Add flour, milk, and vanilla alternately to peanut butter mixture at low speed until blended. Spread into prepared pan and bake 15-18 minutes. Cool completely.
For the frosting beat peanut butter and Crisco in a large bowl at medium speed until blended. Add powdered sugar and milk alternately at low speed. mix until blended. increase to medium speed and beat until fluffy. Spread on cool cookie base and drizzle with melted chocolate.

Pretzel sticks
Corn Chex cereal
White chocolate chips
holiday mms
Melt chocolate chips and mix with cereal and pretzel sticks. Spread out on two lined sheet pans and add mms. Let set until chocolate is set.
Haystacks
Chow mein noodles
cocktail peanuts
butterscotch chips
peanut butter
Melt 1 bag of butterscotch chips and 1/4 cup peanut butter. Add to chow mein noodles and cocktail peanuts. Place spoonfuls on wax paper lined trays and let harden.
