Yamato is the Texas of legendary tier. Sits around flipping off the META and WG for existing and still not being power-crept. (Subtly pointed that out in due factor that Texas is still a powerful tier 4 ship in the right hands.)
I just got Yama yesterday. Second game in it I had 242k, a new best for me. Thanks for the video, I think I'll be hitting some new records with Yama shortly.

I always get ganged in the Yamato. So I hope this'll work. I have it for 2 years or so now and I can't really play with it. I didn't play the game at all since but now that the Hybrid Battleships made me revisit and even grind a bit, I want to improve. I'm a CV player myself but I love the Battleships, especially the Yamato.

Dude what is the damage record for Anchorage or the xp base record cause I got 258k and a 5432 base. If not I just wish I could have recorded the match
The only thing I find is a weakness is once your good for nothing teammates die everyone can just T off on you at will and there isn't much you can do. Yama is a great ship and my God if you just put accuracy on all angles this thing shoots a lot of rail guns and once it slaps something it's pretty much done for.

I think this is the 3rd time I have broken 300k twice in Yamato and once in Conqueror. I have been very close on multiple aoccasions in lots of ship though t with games over 250k+
Spartan could you please try Palo di revel and John fisher please it's a crazy combination especially for range and reload. I have gotten my Yamy reload time at 24.3s and range 20.4km

I wanted to add this spartan, I heard you say the G.K doesn't overwatch a 32mm bow, I wanted to say ppl should be wary about the 420mm upgrade the G.K has. If I am wrong lmk. Gg❤
Gk still doesnt overmatch 32mm of armor.. 420 mm guns can only overmatch 29.37mm of armor. Not even The 18 inch guns of Ohio can overmatch 32mm they are only 457mm which means they can overmatch 31.95mm of armor Only Yamato and Mushashi with their 460mm guns can overmatch 32mm they can overmatch32.16 mm of armor
That's why I got 4 citidels in a Karl XIV Johan when brawling a Yamma ? Just because He opens the angle early than me and I shoot below front turret !? Well thats explain why the 12 inches guns can almost one shot a Yamato plus the torpodoes lol 😂
The Yama needs nerfing. It’s so easy to have multiple 200k+ games if you know what you’re doing. I just don’t know how you do it because it’s got 18inch guns. Maybe slower traverse, longer reload times.
To be honest Yamato is still a good ship and if you know what your doing it can carry matches but just like the mino if you get caught lacking you're fucked that's why Yamato can still bully every bb including Ohio.
Ngl I don’t even fear yami when I’m in Ohio, even with the yami over match Ohio just way to survivable if you’re fighting a yami 1v1. Yes Yamato is great tho & will always be great I agree.

If you can fire the rear turret, then your angle won't protect your from high-caliber AP

I was playing Yamato but the Karl who on the same team didn’t fire a single shot and he kept backing up leaving me to get destroyed by a GK

1:59 what is "RGA of ships"?
Range of guaranteed acquisition.
If a ship gets within 2km they will be spotted regardless of line of sight.. the RGA module bumps this to 3km

Basically Iowas 16 inch guns can only overmatch up to 27mm of bow armor so basically most cruisers and any battleships tier 6 or below

In order to shoot beyond 20km you have to take RGA mod and I personally don't think it's worth it
if you're shooting at 20km it means you are too far from the fight
