I remember this music from the first Point Blank game. I used to play it on Sony PS1 when I was a kid. I always loved that game. I'd say Point Blank is probably one of the best Namco (now known as Bandai Namco Entertainment though it's still the same) franchises of all time. Oh yes civilians are one of the forbidden targets in the Point Blank series and that's why players must never shoot them otherwise they shall lose their lives as we know.
Ain't happening. The C352 has that realistic sounding feel that the YM2610 (the sound chip KOF uses, installed on the Neo Geo) doesn't have until Metal Slug. And even then, the realistic YM2610 sound only occurs in the Metal Slug games.

Played Point Blank DS, and having to shoot (done by tapping) all criminals on Insane level is tough with the civilians getting in the way.
