Forget astrology or any religious text. If a person is really compassionate towards animals (in general) then please do not "confine" dogs in 1 , 2 or even 3 bhk flats. Having pets in individual houses with lot of open space is a different issue. Added, animals are happy when left to roam freely and even more happy to have companionship with their own (respective) species. It is we humans who seek their love, loyality etc. & force them to reciprocate. Why associate human traits & attributes to animals?. P.N: when confined they do so out of no choice.
