I want to thank the writers of the books and the creators of this show with all my heart. I’ve been questioning my sexuality for a long time, and lately I’ve been really thinking that I’m definitely bisexual. And I was going through a rough patch (aka a really hard and dark time in my life). Idk why but this show kind of made me realize that I definitely am bisexual, and it made me feel confident abt it. For awhile, I felt ashamed abt me being possible gay or bi, but now I feel happy abt it. It feels so good to finally know for myself that I like both genders. Now, when I think abt how I’m bisexual, I just smile. Thank you HeartStopper for healing my heart, mind, and soul ❤️
i have to say, heartstopper's musical choice is absolutely great. not only they put lgbt+ songs, which make us feel included because we KNOW some of those songs, but they're also consistent with the genres' choice. it's like... it all comes together so perfectly, it feels comfortable, like a home. and the lyrics match the episodes so damn well. hats down, i focking love this show.
Yes. Every single songs they pick are brilliant and so consistent. Every moment is so full of emotions and so precise. I enjoyed every single sec and every sec is so memorial, deep in mind. No breaks at all. It’s not only a LGBTQ+ show but more like a masterpiece of everything and all perspectives.

I loved Heartstopper to an embarrassing level. I have never seen a movie or show, (and I am a huge~! Book, Theater, TV and Movie fan, I believe that the thing that separates humans from animals is our story telling), where every single actor, every single scene and every single cinema graphic was freakin PERFECT. This offering was cathartic for me. I have been out for 44 years, but this fulfilled something in me that has been missing all along. I have seen several other gay love stories, but this is the most innocent, sweet and wholesome love story I have ever seen. When I say that I loved it to an embarrassing level, (Dear God~!) I mean, I binge watched it 8 times in a week and a half. (and I have only ever binge watched one other show, ever, and that was only once through.) What sets this master piece aside from all other gay stories is both that it is one of the first none tragic love stories and it has not one single seen for the prurient of heart. Just awesome... Many tears of joy..
I feel exactly the same! I'm 35, I'm gay and have been out since I was 21 and this has made me felt things I've never felt before. Amazing actors, amazing writing and just simply magical screen time for all of us ♥️ I was embarrassed to feel that way but I am so glad to see so many of us that feel that way 🥰🥰🥰
Hopefully this show will have 10 seasons with 20 episodes of 1 hour each. I can't imagine anyone else being a better protagonist than Kit Connor and Joe Locke 😭
Well we probably will only get 3 seasons of Heartstopper but they will hopefully make other series or movies based off the novels… (this winter, solitaire, nick and charlie)
i never knew how close i would get with this show and it’s crazy how precious it is to me. not only are the actors amazing, the show and books are so good along with the playlist. the songs choices make me feel super valid (as a lesbian). i’m really glad everyone is so accepting. the actors mean so so much to me and are honestly saving me to this point. heartstopper is always going to have a special place in my heart.❤️it’s finally something that feels like home for me and i cannot wait for season 2. i’m so connected to this show😭🫶🏼
