After many attempts to remount the tire I am now consider just installing tubes. I know installing a tube works as a puncture repair to get back home. British people add an ‘r’ after a word that ends in a vowel if the next word starts in a vowel. I had a British professor that used to do that & I guess it’s pretty common.

This frame is over $4,000 with a handlebar/stem and seatpost. That puts it in the same price bracket as some well-known, top-end bike shop sold competition. I'm sure the Trigon is a quality product, but that's absurd pricing for a DTC frame from a brand no one has heard of. For comparison, the excellent and proven Winspace T1550 aero frame costs $2,070 with Winspace's aero one piece handlebar/stem.

Trigon are an established manufacturer who have made frames for OEM Western brands who have started making their own. They have the knowledge and local pedigree but have only just started selling to Western markets, along with Winspace and Yeoleo.

@@matt_acton-varian I know all that, plus the fact that they also produce for two high end brands begins with the letter P.
TBH my point is that bike brands, along with everything else, are charging ridiculous prices since COVID because..they can and people are paying for it.
2024 will be interesting, with wiggle/chainreaction, as well as a prominent USA distributor all going south.. market may be crashing.

Aero dimples are bs. At the Reynolds numbers of the slow fluid velocities of cycling they will need to be much larger to trip the air. See Ganna’s hour record bike. There’s a reason they had to make that bike out of aluminum.

Bigger rotors meh....unless you a very large person flying down massive hills there's little need for 180mm rotors. I even ran 140 front and rear and I'm living in the hills at 86 kgs. I'm back to 160 front it's more than enough.i have 180 front 160 rear on my XC MTB purely down to the extra bike weight
