for the multi vendor, who does take care of the shipping ? marketplace owner? or directly the sellers? if there is any conflict between the customer/buyers and the sellers on our marketplace,,, will the money be hold on by the marketplace ? if not how its handled in your market place...

By default, the shipping rates which you have created from your Shopify backend will be applied to seller's products too on the checkout page, if you want seller to configure the shipping you can check shipping feature app.:- webkul.com/blog/shopify-multivendor-marketplace-shipping/
Also From payment configuration >shipping cost, you can configure the distribution of shipping charges.
between sellers, keep it by yourself or charge commission from it.
Once the customer pay for the order, by default whole payment goes to admin, then pay the seller after deduction own commission. refer this user guide:- webkul.com/blog/shopify-multivendor-marketplace-app-payment-flow/

Is it possible to sell only one (soft)product ( a conversation via call for example or smth like Airbnb) with this App? So can i restrict the products on my Marketplace and just handle the pure amount (how many minutes or how many nights)?

Yes. You can convert your Shopify store into a digital downloads marketplace using Shopify Multivendor Marketplace App.
All you need to do is just visit the "General Configuration" section of the app and configure your Shop Type as "Digital".

Once done, You can start adding digital products from the “Products” section of the app.

How to seller URL customization

You can easily customize the seller login URL.
For that, you need to create a C-Name and map to this URL store-name.sp-seller.webkul.com (example - multivendor-marketplace.sp-seller.webkul.com) and this should point to seller.multivendor-marketplace.com). In case you want us to do so, feel free to write to us at shopify@webkul.com
