A little idea for the "i hate everyone but you":
A hero team captures a very wellknown and dangerous villain, and they have a little holding cell for him. They constantly send the same hero to tend to his needs, eg delivering food, generally making sure the villain is safe and all that. And then slowly the villain falls in love and theres this little stage of denial they go through while the hero struggles with the same feelings. Idk, i think if its well done, itd be a great read. I might try writing one myself :)

For me the grumpy vs sunshine feels like it has potential when instead of grumpy, the dynamic is more the sunshine with someone who’s depressed or traumatized and by bringing light into their life helps them heal and be happier

My fav trope is cinnamon/sunshine but I don't really like romance novels and in what I have seen there is none of this trope, but I just love it. The cinnamon and the sunshine are the perfect couple and they are so sweet and gentle but when sunshine is upset, cinnamon lives up to their spice. And you get soft cinnamon and spicy cinnamon, you get happy sunshine and sad sunshine. I just love it so much.

I agree that love triangles generally feel a little disrespectful towards both love interests, and I hate that sometimes people chalk it up to being ‘teen love,’ which always feels a little contrary since the love interests are always hopelessly devoted to them.
I would recommend ‘The kiss bet’ because in terms of a typical love triangle, it actually does it pretty well with most of the love interests dealing with a similar level of confliction, making it feel a little less one dimensional.
