Genial, bravo!! como se agradece que la cámara esté fija y así podamos apreciar en todo momento las digitaciones y los arcos.Gracias Santiago, pedazo de regalo!!
hola amigo como has estado ??? felicitaciones saludos !!
This is absolutely incredible just mastered everything about playing the cello and just playing in the purest form !!! Wich setup did you record with ?
What microphone are you using? And are you just plugging it straight into computer or do you have complicated procedure? Sounds fantastic, keep it up!!
I wouldn't have noticed unless you said anything. So I sat at my cello and played along. He sounded quiet flat from where I am (A440) so I assumed he was either using a French A (A435), classical A (A430) or a baroque A(A415). Baroque a is a whole semitone down, and is not used a lot generally used except in historically informed performances where the player is also using gut strings (which couldnt hold as much tension) I ruled out baroque quickly. So I tuned my A string down to A435 and played along on the parts I could on one string, I was still a bit sharp. So I returned again to A430 and that one felt pretty on the nose, although it might still have been a few Hz off.
❤️Very beautiful playing. I hear the sincerity and soulfulness. Enjoyed it very much!!✨🌟🔥

Gracias Santiago. También enhorabuena a quien tan brillante idea sugirió.
Supergenial el tempo como el de Maisky. Siempre me ha deslumbrado de esta manera y no como tempo de Andante.
Gracias!!!!!!
Oh my. So unexpected for this to show up now. So perfect. It is so so so right.
This is one of the more unique interpretations of the prelude and I love it awesome job hope I can play as well as you one day!

Hello! For any musician that can answer this for me. What is the tuning in this recording? Is it scordatura or just tuned to a different frequency?
I wouldn't have noticed unless you said anything. So I sat at my cello and played along. 330hz? I think idk
Ali LeVay That would be a extremely low note and the strings would definitely be loose lmao anyways it was between 420 and 437
Wesley According to my teacher there was no exact baroque tuning however it was usually between A and C
Is your cello tuned in baroque tuning? It sounds beautiful!
It’s well below 440, but it’s definitely not in 415...somewhere in between. Thanks!
Pia Well apparently there was no specific Baroque tuning however the tuning was normally between A C
