You should try not taking on beam characters head on (Moira , sym , zaria) . Try to lower their health from afar and force them to use their cool downs, for example: only try to 1v1 a Moira after you see her use her fade and even then I wouldn't condone it if you aren't comfortable hitting your shots and familiar with genjis combos.
And if a Moira is chasing u just run back to your team. As a general tip you should never stray too far from your team and if your team is dead you should avoid engaging
