Kentucky. Lots of Talent all through out the state. My team (Shelby County) finished last season as state runner up. Louisville and Lexington have a lot of talent as well.

17:15 the umpire absolutely sold that kids AB; both of those outside pitches aren't strikes. EDIT, this umpire was so inconcistent the whole entire game, put some good umpires back there, especially for varsity games.
Not sure about best State..but do know here in NC we have 2a and even few 1a schools that can compete with bigger schools! Matter fact we have scrimmage DH Sat and all pther teams are 3a or 4a other than our rival team thats 2a! We play in split conference!
