    The first Detroit pizza, from that book, I want to make is the classic style the second one is the Hawaiian!!! I’m just a little confused by your video in that you said to use a 22 ounce dough ball and the book says to use 16 ounces of dough in a 10 by 14 pan?

    Am I correct in understanding, you had all the precise needed amounts for the pizza but the dough? If so, why make more dough than you need?

    The blobs of sauce and the pineapple you can keep....I want sauce on my pizza not blobs....but that's me
