I don't understand why bad reviews were left, I thought this was a really good film with many twists and turns, I especially loved the ending! I wonder if a follow up movie was made?
Good story, action, acting and some twists along the way. You can run but can you hide for long? I hope there was a continuing story made. It could be a series good against evil theme.

As long as a person has not been found guilty WITH EVIDENCE !!!! this person is innocent!! This is the law, damnit!! You would want that for yourself or your family if they were accused of something they didn't do, or wouldn't you!?🙄 And violence does not cure violence. Only love has the power to heal hatred. Wake up for heaven's sake! You are not locked up in the Old Testament.
Murder is still murder shouldn't matter if those people were serial killers or nor its not the vigilante job to murder them obviously he's a better detective than those fbi red team guys if he can find all them and kill them why don't he join the fbi and help them catch them instead of murdering them because now he can get arrested for murder plus that's God's job

Christ - isn't Cathy Moriarty breathtakingly beautiful ? I thought that I'd never seen her before (I don't remember her in "Raging Bull"), but I'm a devotee, now.
It may say 2000 but this movie comes from the 1980s, if you think you have seen it before, you have. (about ten times, a good plot get recycled again and again in movies)
Movie shockingly out of synchronisation, background sounds make the move highly inaudible - totally awful. Cinematography schocking , movie too dark, as for the beginning of the movie you need 4 eyes, as the camera couldn't be held still, gave me sea sickness and vertigo. Ruined what may have been a good movie.
Good concept, just poorly executed. That soundtrack is awful, it distracts from the movie, not something you ever want to happen. I think they were trying to emulate '7' but failed miserably.

pretty good movie. i have seen worse. pretty good production. pretty good actors. a bit overacted but they kept the story continuity. definatly worth the time to watch. good soundtrack to the scene.reminds me of noir crime of the 40s and 50s. i go 7.5 out of 10. and pretty good efx. over all kudos to all who made this fun movie and change my rating to 8.5.

the showy ladies slipper grows wild in minnesota and is the state wild flower. the scenery looks very midwestern. maybe chicago or minneapolis. but with no snow.
I can't begin to express my dislike for this movie. First, why almost every scene is dark or looks like its dusk? What's up with the old chick detective with the 1950's hairdo pretending to be young? The young detective seems to conflicted and non convincing.
