SUBSTITUES FOR OUTBREAK PERFECTED:
================
Monte Carlo - for (even) faster melee charges
Rat King - for frequent invisibility
Don't like those or don't have them - you can, honestly, use any exotic you prefer in the kinetic slot (if you end up with a primary ammo weapon in the energy slot maybe throw on Izanagi for awesome burst damage)
If you don't like those or don't have them, you could use this slot for a One-Two Punch shotgun. Which leads me to...

SUBS FOR NESSA'S OBLATION
================
Any weapon with Repulsor Brace:
Hollow Denial - craftable trace rifle from Season of the Haunted
Age-Old Bond - Auto Rifle from Last Wish raid, they updated the weapons in the raid to be craftable and have new perks
Fioritura-59 - random drop side arm
Veles-X - Ritual weapon from Season 19(arguably the worst option I have provided, a lot of people don't like the feel of this weapon much)
No Repulsor Brace weapons?:
Any One-Two Punch Shotgun - I mention these briefly in the video but they synergize very well with Synthoceps, they just won't give you an overshield like the above weapons
No Repulsor or 1-2 Punch weapon? Here are some exotic options:
Collective Obligation - synergizes very well with void debuffs but only obtainable from Vow of the Disciple raid
Graviton Lance - this pulse slaps hard once again, but I wouldn't say it synergizes with the build, it's just fun
If nothing else:
Use a void primary ammo weapon to make use of the Volatile Rounds from this build.

HEAVY SLOT
================
I feel any Void machine gun would be great here. I mainly went with Retrofit Escapade because of the perk combo allowing for great potential boss damage. BUT I also chose it because it is VOID and will benefit from greatly Volatile Rounds which is why I reccomend ANY other Void machine gun before branching to other options.
If you own Lightfall, and don't use any exotics in the other two slots, then Deterministic Chaos could be a fun choice AND would have the benefit of applying Weakening during boss phases. Which could potentially be very beneficial for you and your fireteam depending on what everyone else is running.
If none of the Void machine guns are available then you have a ton of freedom here. If it were me, I would try to choose any void heavy that I like for boss damage so that I can use Void Surge mods and my energy and heavy slots will benefit. But you could use any damage weapon you prefer but just remember to equip the proper Surge mod for boss phases.

I thought the Font mods only boosted the stats by +10. Do you have evidence that Font mods make it +30?
Thanks for watching and thanks for your question. I would love to give you video evidence for this but I am leaving town for a week and won't be able to. Best I can do at the moment is point you towards a couple of community resources that back me up.
When using the font mods, they stack like this:
1 mod = +30
2 mods = +50 (30+20)
3 mods = +60 (30+20+10)
The most benefit you can get is 60 but there is zero benefit for going over 100 total(example: there is no such thing as 120 Resilience).
If you click on the mod in Destiny Item Manager it also explains this in the community insights. DIM will also calculate your stats as if the mod is already active if you add one to a load out. I actually cover this in my previous video:

I have heard a good amount of rumors that next season will have stasis buffs for the artifact. Do you have any shatter builds that will work this season and will survive into the next?
If what you say is to be true then next season will be really fun! It has been a little while since I whipped out my stasis builds but I have a really good one on my hunter that has lots of shatters and doesn't rely on any seasonal mods.
My warlock has two Osmiomamcy builds, one for PvE and one for PvP. No seasonal mods.
My titan has an Icefall Mantle build that is focused on getting as much damage resistance as possible. Again, no seasonal mods and also not what you are looking for but I wanted to mention it. The titan hasn't been touched since prior to the mods rework so I actually am not sure if that one still holds up. The other two do, though.
My next video is going to be a solar warlock. After that I wouldn't mind covering one of the stasis builds (I am leaning towards the hunter).
I still use some of the older stasis builds on my titan but they haven't held up as well as I would have liked.
@@giantofthefrostandcubs6356 I do have a Hoarfrost build for PvP...because I wanted to be one of those guys for a bit lol...but I actually haven't played it much. I wonder if it could translate to a decent PvE build.

I am working through a solar warlock build video at the moment. But I was going to do a hunter one after it. :]
Think it would be nice to have any background music even less than your talking. My focus was so distracted on the music and different sounds.
