- 전례없는 무더운 추석이 될 2024년 한가위를 맞아 고유의 전통놀이 가운데 하나인 봉산탈춤이 용산 국립중앙박물관 열린마당에서 신명나게 펼쳐집니다. 위대한 유산, 오늘과 만나다라는 주제 아래 봉산탈춤보존회 회원분들의 멋진 퍼포먼스가 이어집니다. 봉산탈춤은 황해도 봉산군에 전승되던 탈춤으로, 국가무형문화재 제17호로 지정되어 있으며 타령 장단이 사용됩니다. 우리나라를 대표하는 탈춤이기도 하며 말뚝이, 샌님, 서방님, 도련님, 취발이 등의 탈을 쓰고 하며 익살과 웃음을 유발하며 현실을 풍자합니다. 봉산탈춤은 다른 지방의 탈놀이에서 끊임없이 영향을 받아들이면서 개량하여 19세기 말 20세기초에 걸쳐 강령탈춤과 함께 황해도 탈놀이의 최고봉을 이루었습니다.
Bongsan Mask Dance is being performed on the stage of National Museum of Korea on the occasion of Chuseok, Thanks Giving Day. Bongsan Mask Dance is one of Korean tradtinal dancing performances originating from Bongsan in Hawnghaedo Province in Korea.
