Just bought one today with 240 hours on it they are installing a thumb on it for me now then I'll be headed up to Arkansas to pick it up ....good video very informative
Congrats man. I was between this in cab form or the E20. Ended up going with the E20 due to cat having a year wait time and needing more reach. Main differences I’ve noticed so far is E20 not having blade float, auto idle, joy stick driving. Great machine, congrats brotha
Thanks! I was wanting to see a e20 but the dealer didn’t have any and didn’t know when he could get one. I just so happened to get with cat and they had ordered one and didn’t have no ones name on it yet, so they put mine and it came in about 2 months later. I like it so far, I’ve done jobs with it and haven’t had any issues. I mostly rent it out and people seem to really like it. I would definitely like to operate an e20 because that’s what I wanted in the beginning. It pulls sheds around better than my mule lol.
Rite on great to hear! I’ve actually been thinking of renting out some of our equipment aswell. Our rate down here in Southern California runs about $300 for 8 hrs worth on compact equipment plus delivery fee if needed. What do you do on your end of liability purposes and deposit? Appreciate any input
@@DMAX-ed7pq I get 295 + tax includes a 16’ trailer they get 10 hours of run time and bring back the next day at the same time it was rented. I get a copy of valid state driver’s license and insurance, has to be paid by card. They sigh a rental contract and make sure you have the right type of insurance in case the equipment gets stolen. I sell vehicles, portables buildings and do the rental equipment.
@@DMAX-ed7pq no problem, I’m my state a person has to be 21 to sign a contract without a co-signer so you just have to watch out for that. For the rental side of my business I use insurica they are out of Oklahoma.
Would love a video of greasing the house bearing. Just got one and it's all new for me. And if you ever put the password to start it is love to see that. Manuals suck! Thanks for the video!
@@diesellifetruckin is it just a standard boom? yours look longer than mine but i only have pics, ive not seen it in person yet, i could be trippin, not sure they even offer different boom sizes for this.

Just got my cab model 301.8 on 4/29/22. Loving it! Now if they can just figure out why the radio isn’t working 😛
That’s awesome! Congratulations, would love to see a video on it. Lucky mine doesn’t have a radio.
very good explanation! Thanks😀
