I can't express how much i love this house. I love how cozy you make the room behind the staircase, i love how unique the kitchen is, i love how simple and elegant you make every room but still make it modern without too much cluttery. And not gonna forget the patio and the pool oh my god i love everything 😭❤

You cannot put my cc folders inside other cc folders, because the game will not read the content correctly, check if this has not happened, and if you have all the expansions that the house needs because some objects needs DLC's also you need download the objects with bugs manually because some people have bugs with that and doing it manually fixes it, so if it is your case I recommend you download them if you know what the objects bugs for you I can send you the original links for you can download.
This is my fave house. I keep trying (four times now) to move my sims into it and then my game gets a LE code. So unfortunately, I have never played this lot and that sucks because it ticks 9 out of 10 of my boxes for a family/pet home.

Am I the only having problems with this house? I've had it for three weeks now and just yesterday It stopped working and will not let me to go to the house. The error code is 111. I tried taking out my mods and cc and slowly add them back to find what's not working, but cant find the problem someone please help! I REALLY LOVE THIS HOUSE! I never received an answer however I realised I wasn’t extracting the files properly I was using 7zip so I just extracted the files regularly and it worked
the trio bedroom was giving me “The Powerpuff Girls” 😍❤️ gorgeous.

you can place the lot in 50x50 the only difference is cut a piece of the garden and some trees nothing special :)
