No, the pens come empty. But you can find many types of ink on amazon! This Pelikan ink was under 15$. The ink lasts a very long time, too!
You can also look on aliexpress for cartridges for these specific pens (jinhao 82) if you don't want to fuss with ink! Thank you for watching and commenting.
