I am worried about whether my orthodontist will remove 2 teeth from my upper jaw to bring it backwards or if they will apply an advanced sync so that my lower jaw can move forward. If they apply the advanced sync, my face structure will be perfect. If they remove two teeth from my upper jaw, my face structure would be very backwards, and I would look ugly. I have a very deep overbite.

Hello, i got a question since im a bit confused now i was at the Ortho, i got an overjet of approx (6mm) and an overbite of 85-90%, she asked me if i want both arches to be corrected or if top would be enough (she also told me that if i want to correct both arches i have to get the usual braces and this would take years in my case cause my backteeth/jaw is a bit weird at the bottom) since im fine how my lower teeth look and dont have any bite issues i just want to get straither teeth (for veneers) and close my diastema (3.5-4mm) at the top arch, im wondering now cause i saw many cases on youtube/google and they always do upper and lower and never just one arch? and since i have a very deepbite/overbite im a bit worried now, is it even possible to correct an overbite with just invisaglin on the top arch? ty in advance

We can live with it it but one drawback is it doesn't look good and if it's too severe it can cause chewing problems, solutions without braces are overbite exercises, postural mewing and Invisalign

I got braces for correction of overlapped central incisor & better smile. My ortho didn’t provide any treatment plan & i trusted . They did tell me that overlapped teeth rolled my lip outward so other teeth were visible and i had low lip line. I wasn’t informed that i had moderate deep bite too which needs treatment too. By an year i had to quit braces as my bite was off completely, & teeth were visible in half length only. Now after braces teeth have relapsed but not like original smile & now i have overbite (80% lower teeth are covered) . Overbite bothers me as upper rest on my lower lips . What shud be possible course of treatment for better smile & correction of overbite? ? Can clear aligners software tell about after smile too?
