I went to a coaches luncheon right after the Bucks lost to the Allen Iverson,Philly team. The thing I remember the most was how badly he talked about Ray Allen, Big Dog, and Cassell. He just went off the rack on how lazy they were, didn’t practice hard, played no defense and no work ethic. I was shocked. It was the first time I heard Coach say anything like that about his players to the public. Even if those were issues, they usually stayed in the locker room with the players and the coach. It’s almost like he wanted to embarrass them. I personally thought these guys were young you can build with them, teach them. If those were issues you frame it in away to motivate and build. It was strange sitting there listening to him talk so negatively about those guys. I left the luncheon in shock, I just couldn’t believe it. I just kept thinking you made it to game seven, could’ve made it to the finals so much to build on. So this doesn’t surprise me.
