After years of loneliness now I suffer from agoraphobia, beyond loving myself I can't even love my mother who has been nice to me all along with a big pure heart. I cannot catch up with life yet I am not in a secure position that I can hide and wait as well. The kind of depression I suffer won't let me commit the s word anytime soon and I really wonder how far can this self-pity situation can go. Now I only find a wee bit of solitude when I am able to shut down my thought and get a proper sleep via listening this sort of music in my bed. So thanks for the playlist.

Never permanent only temporary will your troubles and anxieties be. Embrace all those feelings, take them all in for a moment then let them all go. You're stronger than you could ever have imagined. Go on a nice long walk in the sunshine with anyone; I promise it will make you feel better instantly. ❤

Every note, every keystroke, the entire spectrum of carefully crafted sounds all flowed into my mind and I experienced a sense of calm beyond my expectations. A much needed calm as my thoughts moved away from negativity down a new path, though still far from happy. Memories from the past came flooding back to me, many of which I wished I could erase, but they no longer seemed so unbearable as the time of complete loneliness had passed.

However it changed for me entirely when I read this book called The Secret. The Secret is a book that teaches you, in this case, “the secret to an amazing and prosperous life”.
