Today I'm attempting to beat the RUclips record of Who can eat the most noodles the fastest and the most noodles ever eaten. As you know, I LOVE ramen noodles, instant ramen is my favorite food. He's spoken in interviews before about suffering from depression and OCD; to me this seems like a very drawn out, grand, public suicide that he wants us all to see. @@kvg7518 I mainly do a mix of strength training and running and making sure I don’t eat too much in a day (not counting calories exactly but just making sure it stays low in general). And on top of that making sure to drink the right amounts of water and getting enough sleep
