I’m Armenian and I’ve eaten kufta since I was a small child...we have different versions of it but I’ve never seen it made with soup. That looks really good and I’d love to try it. Thanks for the recipe Saz! 💖
YUM!! I think everyone needs a supportive hype man like Stevie! That was so cute what he said about your mom and going back for me before he even started😂👌🏽
I'm Palestinian + Persian and kifta is hands down my FAVORITE dish to have when we're feeling cultural 😂. Thanks for this Saz --today just became a little less boring!
I just found out yours podcast on Spotify and I love it so much, this is what i want to hear every day. My second day at work i only listening you guys, I feel closer to you and inspired so much. In every episode you make me emotional, almost cry from how you walking with God and all of these stories. So happy you are so true and that we have the same view on everything 🙌🏼☀️
Hi Sazan, thank you very much for this recipe 🙂 Can you make a video on your favourite kurdish songs? Like songs you grew up with, singers that you like, Kurdish songs which have a special meaning for you or originate from the region your family is from? Sending you lots of love from Germany
Such an interesting recipe! Arabs have a kifta version as well with a stuffing and similar type of baked shape but we don’t have a soup mixture to put them into. Gonna have to try this out!
Omgg Sazan kecheee this is EVERY Kurdish girl’s CHILDHOOD in one wholesome video!! I loved it so so much thank you for showing us againnnn 🤣💗 By the way, Stevie right there is a big major Kurdish girl MOOD 🤣looooll!!
omggg I am craving for it, love kurdish kifta so much😍🤤 the soup is the key for kurdish kifta , kurdish kifta has a lot of different recipes and this recipe looks amazing !
So yummy! Growing up, my mom made something very similar to this called the Iraqi kubba hammoth! Everything is almost the same minus the raisins! I miss it so much!! Thanks for the video Sazan!
Mmm I saw this on your instagram the other day. This video brought back the cravings. I just asked my mom to make it for me since she's a much better cook than me haha.
the stuffing part is the same as making pupusas (salvadoran) but palm it to flatten the pupusa to look like a tortilla... have you tried pupusas before Sazan? .... that looks so delicious
As a Kurd, we boil the Kiftas just in water and then fry in oil. It is really delicious👌🏻i miss those traditional meals but in a few days i am goin back to my village. So excited to have these again xD yours also looks amazing i wanna try it!
I absolutely love this dish also, aside from films. I've never attempted this because I'm scared it won't turn out but i really should because my kids just devour it when my mom makes it. Its incredible!!
Im also kurdish. But this is not a dish that I know. I'll show it to my mom. Maybe she will know this dish. It looms delicious en your mom has beuatiful hands!
This is amazing! I would love to recreate this. I had a look online and it seems that we don't have the cream of rice and cream of wheat where I live! Do you know what could be used for the dough as a substitute?
We need mooore recipes!!!! I would like to try to make this (it seems that the only thing you can do in quarantine is cook and eat) but I’m from Italy and I’m not sure what are “cream wheat” and “cream of rice” .....can someone help me?
Every Kurd has at one time made the mistake of putting the lid on after adding the Kufta to the sauce 🫣 If you put the lid on, all of the kufta balls will fall apart, so make sure its simmering with no lid. They look beautiful by the way ❤
Hi There, Can you please give the serving sizes for the boxes of cream of wheat and cream of rice? I tried making it today but they fell apart in my soup. :( I'm not sure I have the appropriate measurements.
Search up “kutilk recipe” or “kurdish kifta “ like this vid: ruclips.net/video/iYycLbBN5o8/видео.html , the soup is yogurt based in that vid but the kifta is the same
This is my brothers favourite kurdish food! Long live Kurdistan! ❤️💪🏼
Omg thanks for the heart ♥️

yes!! Sometimes she changes the soup base and puts chick peas in it and that's so good too!
Hi! I know this is forever ago, but do you have a Kifta Slemani recipe?!
I am from Kurdistan Iraq. we live in Germany. My mom does it the same way as yours does, I can soooooo relate ♥️
