Great video Solomon! No idea what you were doing with those green footprints, but I guess I'll find that out further on down the line in my iClone journey :)
I Just bought a Mocopi from Japan. Im gonna see which 1 produces best results. I might try some of the techniques you showed in CC4 and see if i can bring the BVH file in. Thanks
@@AshbeeGaming jsfilmz has just bought one and done a full review. Everything is looking good apart from the hands. He says i has no skeleton hands. Hope there is a work around otherwise it will be disaster :(
Wonder Studio now ads a camera to the fbx armature, which causes iclone to crash. The people at both Wonder Studio and Reallusion told me to just remove the camera, but when I do, I cannot get the Apose to work when I remove all animation. That makes it impossible to go to the next step to build the Apose. Any suggestions?
Hi, good job thanks you. I have an animation of a character walking but in the fbx animation the walking animation remains in the same position on the scene, the character moves forward but remains in the same position, how can I adjust this please? Thanks
@@SolomonJagwe Hey man I tried everything you showed in your video. No luck with the conversion part in CC4, but the animation works fine in Blender. Could you help me ?
Quick question please. Do you have to do this for EVERY new WS animation? Or once you have saved it as a preset will this work with all future WS mo cap data? I tried it with a second animation and it didn’t really work. I hope WS or iClone get together and make a preset so to make this process much faster and easier.
Hi Solomon, Thanks for this... Can you help! I've followed every step many many time with multiple WD animations and My result at the end is a wonky animation not mapped correctly... :(
@SolomonJagwe i follow all your steps but i cant able to convert proper bone re_targeting wonder studio animation to cc , i used character creator 4.42 version. can u help me troubleshoot this issue?
Hi Solomon, i have an issue while importing fbx mocapdata into CC4. Apparently in the file there is a camera that makes the softwares crash. I removed the camera and i exported again the animation into CC4 but there is still a problem, I cannot get the Apose from animation. Are there any solutions to this? Thank you
Not really. Just record your actor with a locked off (tripod) camera so no camera shake. Make sure they are fully in frame and maybe profile for best angle and results. Try to have to camera so the scene looks level and you got a walk cycle. (Ideally done in a gym on treadmill)
What a legend you are Solomon! Can’t wait to incorporate wonder studio into my iclone facial import plugin, so we can import that too!
I look forward to it 🎉
I had been searching for such videos for a long time. Now I finally found one, Thank you, Brother I loved it
you are most welcome :)
YOU ARE THE MAN!!! Thank you so much for your awesome tuts Brother!!

Great job Solomon, really needed this tutorial
Glad it helped 🎉

Could you update us on your findings? I’m also wondering how the two compare 🤔

Same problem
@@lorenzo_cgiimport it into blender, unlink the camera, and resave. Then it works.
Any luck?
@@lorenzo_cgi yes... that works
@@Raitan2008 Do you unlink the camera and export the fbx?
This is absolutely amazing. Thank you so much!!!!
It would be great if you can show us the facial part.
Thank you in advance

@kalex3D did you try this? ruclips.net/video/__2HjY7hHaA/видео.htmlfeature=shared
Pls tutorial how u add a facial mocap in iclone too?
Wow. So I should be able to also go from iclone 8 to Unreal Engine with the mocap ?
100%. Reallusion made it easy to get their characters in Unreal, so you just have to import them with the animations done in iClone 8 and you're done
thank you for this tutorial
You are most welcome 🙏🏿
I was wondering if WS to iClone is doable or not.. I knew I am going to find that on your channel!! Thanks

Can you make a tutorial from Audio2Gesture to IClone? Thank you.
But at last we have some thing done for iclone for sure❤❤
Thank you 🙌👍

wonder studios is now too expensive. is there any close alternative available?
Mocopi is $450. But you get unlimited minutes. That would be 4 months at 8min a month. Could be a long term investment
IS IT POSSIBLE TO USE THE LIVE FACE APP DATA AND THEN PUT IT INTO WONDERDYNAMICS ON A CHOSTUM CHARACHTER,
???
currently not possible inside of Wonder Studio. You can't import your own facial animation into Wonder Studio, at least not yet.

What actor did you use in Wonder Studio? try using the Desertbot
Did you get it to work? I'm having the same problem.

Good ideia but this tecnic is gonna be a big problem for walking cycle animation.
