Thank you for the update on Nor-Cal Hobbies & Raceway new truck layout. I haven't been over there in a few months. Mostly been building my 1/5 EXB Keaton and not bashing. I'm wanting to jump in to there 2wd buggy class this year. I hope to bump shoulder with you this season meet you.
Hi Razor RC, a good rewiew and a very cool beautiful indoor track. I strongly suggest you put some Schumacher axle grease on the transmission gears. It´s for lubrication and it also makes the transmission/car much more quieter. To me your car makes some noice more than the usual. I know this because I have the Cat L1 and the Cat L1 EVO.
Overall, the L1R does look good. As for the new layout at NorCal, that is wicked...I see what you mean about the wall. Hopefully, Eric realizes this...maybe run in the opposite direction.
You did well, that right angle angled turn into a wall looks savage. She sounds a bit squeaky. Is it supposed to sound like that or is one or more belts a tad too tight? Thank you for the review and for having a British brand in your collection when considering there are so many American and Japanese ones to choose from.
Hey Razor, just thought I'd ask you whats going on with your thumbs? I only ask because I have a similar thing showing up and my father has it as well. Cheers. I tried to message you on IG but you didn't respond.
I've been out of RC 1/10 track racing for about 2 years, my last cars was a Tekno EB410 & ET410, the original versions. How advanced have things gotten, for the casual weekend fun driver at my local track, should I invest in a newer car like this Shumacher?
Great video, as usual. Just wondering: your red (positive?) battery cable seems shorter than the black one. Does it even reach the battery's positive socket?
The wall corner should have been more like a banked oval track high speed corner instead of the blunt almost chicane like as it would lesson the chance of pile ups when multiple cars are going through... .. as well as the damage like you experienced with taking off the arm..

Hi there, for stock racing why don't you try the 4mm belts much less friction than the 5mm ones
Hi where’s this track?

Yes, thanks for the suggestion, I think you’re right!
@@RazorRC Your welcome.
Great video! I have mine still to build any wondering how it’ll perform against my Team Associated

How does it compare overall to Xray XB4?

Thanks, yeah I was running the belts on the tight side for the first session in case they stretched a bit.

I'm confused with the gearbox riser (U7972), it seems the whole rear end will be rised by 2mm.
But how did you mount the rear top deck then.
I don't have the riser, it's not available yet. But I think there's enough flex in the top brace to fit.

no need to upgrade

Yeah, the battery is actually upside down in this video, normally the positive is closest to the ESC.
@@RazorRC Ah, understood, thank you. Keep up the good work, I very much like the tests and buggy comparisons you conduct.
Great video now you need the xb4 23 its a completly different car to the 21😂
Hello i have 2021 what is better on 2023 Thanks
Hey your Dog bone isn't in the drive cup on your front !!! (3:25)
yeah, the arm is broken, I need to get a replacement arm
Daaang!! empty indoor track. Awesome
I like to go when it's quiet to get some clean laps in for sure!
