    Thanks for the vid! There's not much content like this out there. I'd like to have the upholstery repaired on a rear hatch cover for my G23. Is there any reasonable way to remove the entire hatch cover? Or is the removal mechanism only accessible by removing the lining/upholstery?

      Hi Garrett,
      You should be able to open the hatch, pop the gas strut off, then just unscrew the hinges to get the entire hatch cover off. Note that the Phillips screws holding the hinges might be REALLY tight. Mine are. I think they probably put loctite on them or something. Just know that going in. If they strip, you’d end up needing a screw extraction tool and have to replace the screws when you re-install. Hope that helps!
