Just got this. You are correct. For the once in a blue moon job this kit is perfect! Why spend 3x more $$$ for something you're not going to use more then once every year or two? Great video!
SDS hammer drills are more expensive at Harbor Freight than just ordering similar Chinese made SDS drills directly from ebay. Plus you get all the SDS drill bits for free (which is not included in HF SDS hammer drills).
try a 1-9/16 bit for a solid 3 hours in this unit. she holds right up like a champ.very impressive
The black rubber thing you put on the bit when dilling overhead so all the dust ain't going in your face
Thank you. My bit was coming off and I did not know why.
I have one, I drilled about 24 holes for anchoring my shop. It worked nice
Thats awesome , they are a good occasional use tool ,3 or 4 jobs like that and it will have paid for itself. Thanks for watching.

mine is over three years old it's a beast! when your chisel gets stuck it can break your arm if not careful!

Just purchased one saved over $200
Would this work well mixing drywall mud if you put a chuck adapter on it?
Before you popped out the other side, if you switched to drill mode (out of hammer) you probably would not have destroyed the block on the other side.
That Rebar bit cost as much as the damn tool lol. Glad you took the time to show off the tool.
I Know but it was the only one I could find locally in that size. The bit should last me forever ha ha.
That case slides right out either side of the box, no need to cut the box off.
Have you used it with the other bit to break rock in ground. Like for caliche
No, I have only had a chance to use it with regular masonry drill bits, works good with those .
howmuch
Is that a rebar demon bit?? Lmao😅 the bit cost more than the tool
Yea, pretty close ha ha but that's the only one I could find locally that size. got the job done though.
