2:13 Rourkela is a nice place which is being maintained by Rourkela Steel Plant. The steel plant was established on 3rd February,1959 with the help of West German industrial corporation with approximately 19000 acre land. The township is the best town in Odisha full of Greenary. It is the town where my Childhood & College life completed from 1962 to 1982 when I was staying in Sector 2 & Sector 20 with my parents who was in RSP. ❤ 2:13
