It's for the radio tower to call in a nuke. Then there is a RED Floppy Disk as well that they said that it is near nuclear. And this kind of RED Floppy Disk is to open the New Bunker
At least they show where to find which is a big help for a lot of us. Thx for sharing. FYI there was no loot/gear all 3 times I went. Just one trash new 9mm, some tiny russian thing that only holds 8 rounds.
You need to insert the actual red disk for the loot to spawn in. the 2 main doors aren't supposed to be open until you insert the actual disk also be aware if you do happen to insert the disk and open the bunker there are npcs with guns that will shoot you immediately
Theres a special zombie that drops the red floppy disk just like the tactical zombie that drops black disk, the red disk infected has 8 spawns, all of them inside the reactor building inside power plant and he has 1% chance of spawning in 1 of those 8 spawns.
the bunker has high chances for soviet weapons (akm, pkm, svd, and the mosin i think) i went there once and found a soviet / russian looking helmet so i assume thats what the weapon spawns would be in there

Red Floppy discs are obtained by the Soviet zombie in the Nuclear reactor. It has 8 spawn points, 1% chance to spawn.
