Mental health is so important especially for people with an online presence, as the internet has its many downsides, but also its opportunities to share your personal experiences. Here in Australia there's many online hubs where you can have free access to counsellors if you ever need easily accessible support. There should be something like that too over there and I really recommend it as it sometimes helps me :) I also think its great how you can tell the difference between your reality and psychosis, as many struggle with this.
