All other forms of Yoga including Kundalini is a call for action and involves doing something through sadhana/ austerities unlike jnana yoga which is a call for clarity. The basis of yoga is in DOING astangana yoga as propounded by Patanjali whereas the basis of jnana is in KNOWING through sravana manana nididyasa. Only jnana/ knowledge can remove the ignorance that you are not the body, mind or intellect whereas other forms of yoga can temporarily help you to be in a no mind.state but cannot destroy the mind.

All other forms of Yoga including Kundalini is a call for action and involves doing something through sadhana/ austerities unlike jnana yoga which is a call for clarity. The basis of yoga is in DOING astangana yoga as propounded by Patanjali whereas the basis of jnana is in KNOWING through sravana manana nididyasa. Only jnana/ knowledge can remove the ignorance that you are not the body, mind or intellect whereas other forms of yoga can temporarily help you to be in a no mind.state but cannot destroy the mind.

Yes, It's good to chant during sunrise and sunset. You can always chant it mentally. Jai Maa!
