I miss when EDM was good. I was in high school in 2013 and didn't turn 18 until the 2016 festival season. By then, EDM did a 180 stylistically and I've never been able to enjoy a concert or festival. Even Excision, my personal favorite, I can't stand to listen to anymore. Everything is more miss than hit today whereas it used to be more hit than miss... I don't know what happened to the genre but it depresses me that I'll never get to enjoy my favorite music in a live setting
