Unfortunately, it's become a luxury to live anywhere now in Canada. In my neighbourhood here in Montreal where there are a lot of quadraplexes, each unit averages around 1 million dollars. Who can afford that nowadays? In the past week, I saw some people living in vans on the street. But, true, we have lovely homes, beautiful landscaping, and space...if you can afford it.
