Summer you are so talented love the beautiful baby blankets. Summer that is such a great idea given some of the yarn to your crochet group of children. Have a wonderful day and happy crocheting.❤
Hope your son feels better soon. You made me laugh when you said you were a parent & neither one of you were a Dr or a nurse!!! SO true!!! Hang in there. Summer break is *almost* there!!! 🌻💐🌱🥰🌞🌿
The blankets are beautiful. It's sweet that the lady shared yarn with you and that you are intending to share with the club. I'm thinking the Coats & Clark RH yarn is 1970's. Hugs Summer!
I've gotten bags like those. You're lucky they smell decent. The one's I got were kept in a cedae chest. That's very nice of you sharing with the crochet club.
Hi Summer i love the gray and yellow blanket its perfect for a boy. Bet you are getting excited about school almost over. You never have enough white yarn. You'll be able to make alot of scrap blankets or if you are makings toques for your students again you'll have lots to choose from.
Hi Summer! Yes, I think that yellow & gray is the lemon drop colorway Red Heart with Love! You could use all those baby color yarns and make them in to granny squares and then use the white RH yarn to put them together. Then donate it to Christ Child society or see if any one in her family would like it.. 😍😍
Oh yeah.. I bought Coats abd Clark in the 70’s.. We had thst, and …athat … was about it… No self striping yarn, or pretty ombres…etc… Just solids, and terrible verugated yarns… ❤❤😊
Definitely not going to be knitting a baby blanket 😂 I applaud what you did, but man, I don't have the stick- to-it-iv-ness to complete it. I am sticking with crochet! I'm also looking forward to summer break. Ours begins June 9th. ☀️🧶💚
I had jury duty Monday morning and the lady behind me brought her knitting with her and i thought brilliant! Phones must be turned off and theres too much going on to concentrate on a book. I remembered to bring a packed lunch, and next time (seems every 18 mos i get a summons). I will take some tatting or slo stitching. I dont knit or crochet, painting with thread and quilting is more my thing and im loving the borro stitching videos but i know how to crochet, my gramma always did and made sure i learned but im in texas and theres not much need for mittens and hats and scarves or even heavy crocheted blankets. But i love watching you! And all of your yummy yarns textures and colors. I wish one of the companies would disribute more variety of colors of crochet threads as they do embroidery thread and yarns!
I knit and baby blankets take forever regardless of the stitch but that's probably also because I don't do lacy, holey things for babies. Funny....that's what I call those kinds of hooks too for the same reason, travel hooks. Wonder if Tiffany is like the "Jamie" baby yarn? Sharing with the club is a great idea. One of my grand-kids had fun helping cake up some of my yarns that were out of control lol.
Hi Summer, If you have any yarn that the girls don't want, l would be interested in the Tiffany yarn. I could do a trade if you like. Just keep me in mind if interested. Thanks Summer. I'm glad that it is almost time for you to have some time off. I have different types of yarn so just let me know what kind of yarn you would be interested in trading for the Tiffany yarn you have. If the girls want it, give them the yarn.😊 Your blankets are beautiful. How long did it take you to knit the blanket? I'm just curious.

That’s a wonderful idea to share the yarn with the crochet club kids--they will probably be very happy to get some free yarn!

I inherited a bunch of yarn when my cousin passed away, I made a bunch of scrappy blankets and gave them to her family.
So sorry for your loss and that was a wonderful thing that you did. Memories last forever

I know how knitting blankets are. I made one for my grandson.. really like the granny blanket.
The fuzzy white one looked like dazzlair. Your plans sound like fun 🎉
Congrats on finishing your knitted blanket. I have inherited a bunch of yarn. ❤

How exciting it is to finish a schools year!!!🥳☺️🧶
I inherited a huge amount of yarn from a friend whose grandmother passed away. Ended up using a lot of it up in scrap blankets.
That’s exactly what I use those HL hooks for. The nylon yarn is vintage. It’s a baby yarn. I used to have some in several baby colors.
The blankets are really pretty.

What a blessing to have received so much yarn. I’d have to say the RedHeart Coats and Clark is vintage. ♥️🧶🧶♥️

Your FOs are very pretty. The end is near for another school year. Time to celebrate. I hope your son is okay.

Hi, love your videos no matter how short or long. Can you or anyone tell me the name of the dragonfly project on the back of your chair?
